Full job description
We're seeking a full time remote Medical Call Center Representative to work. A Medical Call Center Representative must be able to work in a fast-paced environment that includes tasks from multiple providers. Medical Call Center Representative responsibilities might include: answering multi-phone line system, project management, insurance verification's (PPO's and HMO's), charting, checking patients in and out, collecting co-pays, inventory management, referrals, and scheduling. Epic EMR experience a plus but not necessary.
We have created a plan and established an atmosphere to practice primary healthcare support preventative medicine, rather than to focus our medical practice on those methods that simply suppress symptoms. We do more than treat medical conditions; we make the extra effort to educate, promote and encourage good health and wellness practices while providing a wide range of individual medical services.
Our goal to help our patients close the gap between life expectancy and quality health expectancy by incorporating the science of healthy living into primary care and internal and preventive medicine.
