Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Training and Development Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is instrumental in driving process improvements, delivering accurate phone skill evaluations and certifications across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and certify employees phone skill abilities across the auto group in a variety of departments.
Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and maintain a suite of reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process improvement initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service role.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite products.
Experience with phone scripts is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams across different functional areas.
