Responsibilities
As a virtual assistant, you will provide administrative and organizational support to our real estate team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments for the real estate team
Coordinate meetings and conference calls, including sending out meeting invitations and reminders
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate team member
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Keep track of important deadlines and assist with project management tasks
Conduct market research and gather data for real estate listings and presentations
Create and maintain a database of clients and contacts
Assist with social media management and online marketing efforts
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
