Experience: Pharmacy Assistant for 4 years in Mercury Drug Corporation - Philippines and working as Customer Service Officer in Gargash Insurance Services here in Dubai, UAE. I have experience in interacting customers/clients on a daily basis and also well equipped with MS Office.
-Greeted customers and provided friendly knowledgeable service. -In charge of answering phone/telephone calls, providing customer service to the patients and all daily transactions. -Receive authorized patient prescription refill requests. -Understands and can perform basic pharmaceutical calculations in order to obtain correct doses of medications. -Sort generated prescription paperwork/labels, files clinical paperwork and maintains charts. -Sort out increased priced items and deleted items. -Monthly inventory and monitoring of expiry products. -Assisted customers by answering simple questions, located items or referred them to the pharmacist for medication information.
-Monthly preparation of Renewal Insurance letter, ensuring they are actioned 3-4 weeks before the renewal date -Assists clients in renewal process, advises on insurance coverage -Responding to enquiries received by phone or email. -Obtaining quotations, advising the most appropriate price and cover in terms of client’s needs -Responsible for verifying billing data and correcting errors and keeping records of customer data. -Issuing invoices and policy documents and updating client records
