• Contacting the Hotel and Suppliers regarding the reservation of the customers if there are issues or requests. • Assist customers through Inbound call and chats. • Investigate and resolve common issues on the customer's reservation. • Assist consumer special requests. • Assist basic inquiry, charges details, processing refund, tracking orders and modification. • Contacting Consumers, Hotels and Suppliers through email/Call
• Support Role. Assist Customer regarding issues on their order, billing question, refunds, shipping and tracking status. • Assisting Team Members for complex issues that need to be resolved. Handling escalated cases. • Do coaching/real time monitoring (side by side), give feedback and corrective action to improve teams’ performance.
