Experience: I have over 2 years of experience as a customer service representative for an Australian-based travel/financial account. Additionally, I worked for 6 months as a customer service representative in an American-based hotel booking account, and another 6 months as a sales representative for an American-based telecommunications account.
My role involves amending cardholders’ details, ensuring their information is accurate and up to date. I also assist by reading and explaining transactions, helping clients understand their account activity. Additionally, I provide support with reloads and handle the replacement of lost, stolen, or expired cards, ensuring smooth and secure transactions for customers.
