Joyce Marie Sayloon

Hello! My name is Joyce, a 25-year-old originally from Cebu, Philippines, and currently living in Bangkok, Thailand. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and am a licensed criminologist with a unique blend of expertise in human resources and psychology. In my previous role as a Human Resources Assistant and Recruitment Specialist with Ameridea Global Services Inc., I managed end-to-end recruitment, significantly enhancing hiring efficiency and onboarding processes. My strengths in applicant tracking systems, candidate evaluation, and recruitment analytics allowed me to streamline processes and meet hiring targets while building strong rapport with both candidates and hiring managers. I'm detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about contributing positively to team dynamics and employee experiences. Outside of work, I enjoy learning about new cultures and expanding my horizons, which is part of why I'm here in Thailand today.
