Experience: I have almost 6 years of experience working in customer service, being client representative, tech support and outstanding customer service skills. I treat customers with respect and conduct myself in a professional manner at all times. I have a very pleasant but persuasive personality with excellent management and during this time, I have gained communication skills. I also have the ability to apply these skills when talking on the phone, which makes me the perfect candidate for this position.
