Audit QuickBooks: Review and analyze QuickBooks data to ensure accuracy and identify any errors or inconsistencies. QuickBooks cleanup: Identify and correct any duplicate entries, incorrect data, or other issues that may be affecting the accuracy of the QuickBooks system. QuickBooks categorizing transactions: Categorize all transactions in QuickBooks to the appropriate accounts, such as revenue, expenses, assets, and liabilities. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable monitoring: Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable balances to ensure that all bills are paid on time and all invoices are collected. Sync Denim transactions to QuickBooks: Import transactions from Denim into QuickBooks to ensure that all financial data is up-to-date. Respond to accounting email inquiries: Answer any questions or concerns that I receive from clients or other team members about accounting matters. Email Management: Efficiently manage email correspondence, responding promptly to inquiries, organizing messages, and archiving for future reference. Create and Update Company SOPs: Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all tasks to ensure consistency and efficiency. Online Document Management: Efficiently organize and manage electronic documents using cloud-based platforms or document management systems. LinkedIn Lead Management: Respond to messages and comments from followers and other users. Optimize profile by endorsing connections’ skills and updating ALT text on photos and content. Nurturing and growing community. Schedule and publish social media posts to promote the business brand. Data Entry: Efficiently input data into TMS (Transportation Management System), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and Google Sheets.
