• Maintain financial transaction records. • Develop a chart of accounts that defines bookkeeping policies and procedures. • Maintain financial records. • Assist with creating budgets, financial forecasts, and quarterly reports. • Prepare daily sales report, monthly report and annual reports • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
• Support the project manager in organizing conferences, seminars and workshops which includes preparation of event material such as programs and working papers. • Contacting partners, researching or potential and eligible speakers and participants for the events. • Checking for different hotel offers, flights and booking hotels and flights for the participants. • Maintenance of official website. • Layout and editing of the official newsletter, some book covers, flyers, banners and the likes. • Responsible in procurement of office equipment or services. Making sure that 3 offers are gathered and to carefully validate and assess qualified suppliers • Accounting support such as booking daily expenses to the accounting system PASTIS, preparation of honorarium and daily allowances of participants and allocation of budget of seminar, workshops and conferences and preparation of monthly financial reports. • Manage and control all the seminar materials and IT equipment. • IT maintenance, basic troubleshooting and graphic design. • Training: Supervise and train office staff on procedures and software.
