Experience: My two tenure way back year 2015 I was hired and lasted almost 2 years as customer associate in LBC Gaisano branch, Pagadian City Zamboanga del sur. One of the greatest challenges I faced was managing high volume of customer inquiries at LBC during peak season. To overcome this, stayed organized, prioritized tasks and remained calm under pressure, ensuring efficient service. Communication is the key in resolving issues. In year 2017,I was hired as an Admin staff at subcon Telecom company in Cagayan de Oro City. My duties and responsibilities was handling email, taking down notes of effective scheduling of operations and project timescales to meet strict deadlines, organizing files and updating client transaction for billings.

I am a loving and caring mother. I enjoy reading books, watch movies , one of my main source of livelihood here in Mindanao is selling balut(embryonated eggs from duck). I previously worked at subcon telecom company as an Admin staff where I was responsible for handling email, organizing documents and updating clients transactions for billing. My dream is to become a successful person so I can help my family , provide my children with a good education and support them in achieving their dreams. For me, helping my children reach their goals is the greatest achievement a mother can have.
