Experience: I started my career in May 2023 as a Customer Service Representative at Shutterfly right after graduation. Within two months, I was promoted to Team Manager and continued in that role until December 2023. It was a fantastic experience that taught me a lot about leading a team and keeping customers happy. After Shutterfly, I worked as a Dispatch Supervisor at Weini Transportation for almost a year. This role helped me gain a deeper understanding of logistics and operations, skills that I know are important for this position. I’ve also taken courses in Customer Representative Management, Sales Management, and Logistics Management, which have equipped me with useful knowledge that I’m eager to apply in a practical setting. I did try working part-time as an appointment setter, but the time zone differences made it a bit tough to manage, so I decided to focus on roles that align better with my strengths and interests.

I was born and raised in the vibrant city of Addis Ababa, a place rich in culture and opportunity. Growing up in such a dynamic environment has shaped my perspective and instilled in me a strong sense of resilience and adaptability. I proudly hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, achieving a commendable CGPA of 3.5. As the youngest in my family, I've learned to navigate various challenges with confidence and determination. My experiences have taught me how to thrive in diverse situations, and I embrace change as an opportunity for growth.
