Hi, I’m Fasil Beshiwork, but you can call me Frank. I have a bachelor's degree in software engineering. Right after graduation, I joined a sales team at a property management company, where I helped identify potential properties they could manage. During my time there, I also contributed on the technical side by creating a user interface for a website they were considering hosting. After that, I shifted my career toward cold calling and proxy solicitation at Vermasoft, where I spent two years. I advanced from cold calling to lead generation and eventually took on a supervisory role. That experience prepared me well for my current position at Cradle, where I've been working for the past five months as an appointment setter.
