Greetings, First of all, I would like to express that I am SUPER excited to be applying for this role. I am a young hard-working woman from Ethiopia who is consistently striving to grow her career. I am a passionate, proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented professional, who has four years of experience in marketing, advertisement, public relations and communication, interpretation, and recruitment. I have a bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Mekelle University, Ethiopia. In my past roles, I was able to achieve company goals for example when I was working as a Marketing manager, one of my campaigns: The brand Awareness Campaign was 97% successful. I have another successful fundraising campaign during my role as a public relations and communication officer. A year ago, I decided to work remotely; so, I started to take online courses like Customer service ( handling calls professionally, replying to messages according to the company's standards, time management, problem-solving, how to handle angry customers,.. were some of the skills I was able to boost by taking the course); Leadership ( effective communication, leadership qualities, stress management, multitasking,.. were also some of the skills I was able to boost); Project Management, Ai for Career Development ( how to use AI for different tasks, data analysis, report writing, Google Sheets, Excel, Gmail, proposal writing, were some of the skills I was able to acquire), Virtual Assistant for remote workers ( Scheduling, Researching, Data Analysis, Meeting notes, Proposal writing, Booking, Travel research, Iteration, Email handling, confidentiality...) were some of the skills I was able to acquire from the course. To become a global recruiter I worked in two human resources and People Operations internships for companies based in the USA & India respectively. I was able to be promoted to assistant team leader position due to high performance and headhunting rate. I used LinkedIn as a main tool to look for the right talent for each role, posted jobs, and promote the companies well. I also had the privilege of using ATS, Trello, Jira, and Asana. With my readiness for remote work: having an excellent laptop and backup computer, my skills, and my fast learning nature, I believe I would be a great fit for the role.
