- Process referrals for patient that needs another level of care. - Communicating with healthcare institution that will accept the patient’s referral and health insurance. - Calling the patient for their referral once successfully processed. (From processing intakes, faxing the referral until it’s received by the Referred Physician/ Facility.) - Provide assistance for customer that has queries with the clinic’s information, process, or in-office visits.
- Do inbound and outbound calls for personal credit card payments/payment collections. - Provide payment plan or settlement with account holders who can’t make payments. - Provide assistance for customer that has queries on their credit cards. - Escalate concerns that needs an urgent assistance on their credit cards.
