Collaborate with catering companies and chefs to plan menus that cater to the dietary preferences and requirements of artists and crew members. Ensure all necessary food and beverage supplies are ordered and delivered on time based on the Artist & Crew Riders' requirements. Arrange and set up backstage and dressing room areas with food and beverage stations, ensuring everything is ready before the arrival of artists and crew. Handle special dietary requests and restrictions, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy-specific needs. Supervise and coordinate the activities of F&B staff and assigned to the backstage area. Be present during the event to manage any last-minute changes or emergencies related to F&B services. Act as the main point of contact between the event organizers, catering companies, and the artists/crew regarding F&B services.
Coordinate schedules, informing artists about their engagements, rehearsals, and performance times. Liaise with suppliers, Marketing, logistics, Venue, Catering, and production Teams to Ensure everything is in order. Ensure that artists have the necessary visas, work permits, and other travel-related documentation. Coordinate with production teams to ensure that technical and stage requirements are met. Coordinate with marketing and PR teams to manage media appearances and promotional activities. Arrange interviews, photo sessions, and press conferences as needed. Provide hospitality services, such as arranging meals, dressing room setup, and other personal needs.
