I have been a BPO professional for over 20 years and have worked as a remote worker for the past 4 years. Most recently, I was a Customer Success Manager reporting directly to the Chief marketing officer. My responsibilities include hiring, training, and managing a team of customer service specialists. It also includes maintenance of all processes and applications directly impacting customer experience. Before this role, I was a Process Lead for an SEO organization. I reported directly to the CEO. The role required me to create and implement all processes the organization needs. This includes full-cycle processes from hiring profile creation, training plans, and performance management processes. After the pilot- each process is turned over to the hired implementation lead. Outside of work I enjoy traveling and have recently enjoyed more athleisure activities.
