I am currently rendering my employment with one of the biggest Financial Institution in Canada. I've been a Client Account Representative/ Executive assistant of a Client account Manager. We've been handling together a 834 Policies which is 1 company per Policy located in Montreal & Quebec Canada. I knew that being part of this company has a huge impact on my role as it enhanced myself on how to communicate with them in professional way. We've been communicating with our client in 3 different ways, Phone Call, Email and via Microsoft teams. Sometimes, we do have a get together meeting here in the Philippines.
We've been handling B2B Issues on our day to day basis, such as VPN & VDI Issues
