- Conducts website errors and checks bugs prior to the website’s go-live date. - Answer homeowner inquiries and callbacks. Dispatch a team for repairs. - Adding violation charges and handling reports and emails/mails being forwarded to the homeowner - Sending reports to the client on a weekly basis based on the tasks done/pending for the week. Schedule a call if necessary.
- Handles client inquiries, instructing the team to handle orders with end-to-end process as per client’s request. - Handles a group of escalations team for clients with specific concerns/requests. - Supports payroll, employment inquiries, and record keeping. - Setting up client meetings, responding to emails with the stakeholders, making phone calls to the clients, and sending reports.
