Hi my name is Ram but you can also call me Mona. I am 24 years old and im The only child in the Family. I Graduated Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, it was memorable due to pandemic which made most of my college life virtual. My interests are Dancing, Watching Movies, and Reading books. I am a goal driven person and I get motivation from all the hardships I have encountered. I previously worked for amazon and it was indeed a great company wherein I had a lot of memorable experience that helped me develop my skills in the retail industry and I was able to build good relationship with my colleagues, which is absolutely great. However, working there for almost year made me realize a lot of things mostly about myself and my well being. Handling retail account is definitely a challenging skill and it taught me to manage my emotions and to be patient at all times because in this field, customer service, we prioritize the customer and we want them to have the best experience and be satisfied.
