Hi my name is Ritchie Simagala My worked experienced I was A customer service and sales representative for 4 years and more than 1 year as Virtual Assistant. My last job was with Legal Match, my responsibility are cold calling, identify prospected clients that needs our service and after identifying create an appointment using Calendly for the sales closer able to convert leads into sales.
