-Prepares and assembles medical record documentation/charts for provider
-Live scribing/audio transcribing patient visits and documenting them in the electronic health records system
-Updates patient history, physical exam, and other pertinent health information in the patient
-Prepares and sends all documentation to physician for review and approval via authentication of detailed data entry and facility-specific procedures
-Performs other administrative tasks such as sending lab or imaging orders, referrals, and medications to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow as assigned

Job Description
• Work directly with the practice’s provider and perform tasks on their behalf so they can render care to more patients and be more productive such as documenting any procedures performed and sends laboratory orders, referrals & prescriptions as prescribed.
• Establishing a professional relationship with medical professionals and patients by acting as a primary liaison between patients and providers.
• Providing administrative support duties, including but not limited to data entry, appointment scheduling, fax and email management.
• Verify prescriptions and initiate prior authorizations as necessary.
• Review and prepare medical charts before and after the consultation.
• Strictly adhering and complying with the HIPAA guidelines.
