I was 19 years old when I first decided to start working and explore the world of the professional field to enhance both my professional and personal skills. I wanted to learn how to succeed in the workforce and to gain practical experience. My first workplace was in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company where I enjoyed my time enhancing my communication skills particularly in solving customers inquiries and resolving issues. It taught me patience, sympathy, as well as being efficient for working in such a fast-paced culture. It also helped me develop my confidence in handling all sorts of customers, which I believe is an asset in any career. While viewing movies is my leisure, because it allows me to calm down and see matters in different perspectives through a different kind of storytelling, it would be interesting to think of how films can serve one's knowledge of humankind, other cultures, or even creative problem solving. From watching movies, it's not an only entertainment from what I have seen and listened to but also a way to broaden my horizons and learn more about the world around me.
