I have 9 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, where I have managed a diverse range of accounts, including technical, travel, and blended accounts. This experience has helped me develop strong problem-solving and communication skills, allowing me to adapt to various customer needs and industry requirements. I have always been committed to providing excellent service and ensuring that every customer interaction is positive. When I’m not working, I focus on developing my creative side by doing layout design for a small graphic design business. This hobby allows me to apply my creativity while honing my design skills. I also spend quality time with my family, which keeps me grounded and motivated to balance work and personal life effectively.
