During those years, I developed strong communication and problem-solving skills, handling customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. These skills have been invaluable in my transition to the healthcare field. In 2017, I moved to the United Arab Emirates to become a Medical Assistant. In my most recent role as a Medical Assistant and Patient Coordinator, I assisted patients with appointment scheduling, answered service inquiries, processed payments, emails and follow ups, and performed basic triage. My background in customer service has helped me excel in providing compassionate patient care, managing patient interactions, and ensuring a smooth administrative process.
