Before I became a VA, I had a total of 8 years of being part of the management team as a supervisor and eventually became the operations manager. I worked as the business development manager and the executive consultant of the CEO for a start-up call center company.  I also worked as a Customer Relations Operations Manager for an automotive company. Overall, I'm used to communicating with the top management such as the CEO, or I normally report directly to the big boss. I'm a mom of 2 lovely kids and few fur babies. I am an animal advocate, and I promote compassion for stray animals. Most of my fur babies are rescued. They were once neglected and abandoned by their previous owners, but now they are pampered and loved by me.
