I am Anne Dhrea Penales, 23 years old. I was in the BPO Industry for 2 years and 4 months as a Subject Matter Expert taking in supervisory calls for Amazon Customer Service. I also have experience working for scheduling and back office. I have also been managing a small business, so dealing with clients' appointments, schedule deliveries, order inquiries, content creating and social media marketing. I was also an ESL Tutor for Acadsoc, teaching the English language through reading, writing, speaking, and listening to Chinese students. I am motivated by the opportunity to learn new things and take on new challenges. My past positions made me too comfortable and I strive to be more, I want to grow and evolve in my role. I am very hardworking, dependable and flexible. I can easily adjust to any situation that comes.
