am a BS Industrial Technology graduate. I started my career as a CSR in one of the largest BPOs in the Philippines, which helped me develop my customer service skills in handling clients over the phone. I also tackled accounts, specializing in insurance, medical account, sales of solar panels, data entry, and outbound calls as a release agent, and I did emails to clients. My professional goals are anything I hope to achieve throughout my professional career. I want to improve my current role in long-term plans where I aim to make big career changes in the future. I want to increase my core skills. I am a fast learner, have a can-do attitude, deliver exceptional results, and am very keen on details. I am willing to go the extra mile to finish the task. It will expand my understanding of why certain accounts are in place and how they work. As a single mom, I work toward Obtaining a higher salary to support my child. Earning more money means we can be financially secure. I believe that my previous jobs and experiences will help me accomplish whatever task.
