I had been in a book industry for 3 years the first LOb I handled was part d plan or prescription drug plan US based for almost 8 months, second LOB was Claims and benefits of the member still US based healthcare I am assisting member and providr services I did inbound and outbound calls that last for a year and a month and lastly engineer tech support I assist users from AMER, APAC and even IMEA in this job I assigned to fix and troubleshooteusers end like for example Ms office 365, laptop , internet connection and etc.
