Hello! My full name is Ralph Alfred Corpuz. I am currently residing from Urdaneta City, Pangasinan. Coming from my Educational Background, I graduated in Information Technology from Pangasinan State University. I have notable experience and background in customer service and software development. My work experience includes being a chat support with Amazon Message Us, a customer support for food delivery campaigns such as Deliveroo in UK and Doordash in US, handling customers, drivers, and restaurant owner concerns through phone calls and chat. I am also able to work as a gaming support agent handling emails with Ubisoft whose main task is to assist gamers or players with their game related concerns. Aside from customer service related working experience I am able to work before as an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture, where I contributed to backend development and deployment projects. I’m also skilled in content writing and basic image/video editing partnered with strong communication and collaboration skills. Beyond that, I’m motivated to explore and learn new skills that will help me excel as a Virtual Assistant. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to collaborate and work well with others. I enjoy supporting my team, sharing ideas, and ensuring everyone is aligned to achieve our goals. However, because of this, I sometimes take on more responsibility than necessary.
