About Me
I am a former Recruitment Coordinator II seeking for a new opportunity as a Medical Admin Assistant. I have a background checking and meeting scheduling experience through MS Teams, Outlook, Google Meet, Zoom and Google Mail. I also have a Zendesk Desktop and CRM experience which I am confident to say as my edge. I am proficient in using both MS Office which includes Powerpoint Presentation, MS Word, MS Excel and Google Suite Applications which includes Googñe Meet usage, Google Mail and inbox management, Google forms creation, Google Calendar Management and Scheduling and a lot more. As a former RC II I also worked with new hired nurses and clinicians where I have to update their payroll and onboarding documents. This I do through doing volume outbound calling, sending texts and emails. I resolve issues regarding their onboarding over the phone and coordinate with their Team Manager for issues and resolution reports. Since I'm also a Licensed Professional English Teacher with a background both in face to face and online teaching, you can assure that my Verbal and Written Communication, Problem-solving, Time Management and Organizational Skills are excellent.
