Im working as customer service representative which we are taking calls from a member its an inbound healthcare account.
Daily Task as Agent:
° Provide eligibility to the member.
° Provide information of their coverage for specific services.
° Provide information of the claim status if denied, paid, pending, rejected.
° Checking Authorization Status
° Process payment of the members premium.
Daily Task as Subject Matter Expert (SME):
° Supporting new agents from offshore and onshore.
° Doing mock calls with agents.
° Test Call with new agents.
° Assisting new agents to do Basic troubleshooting with their tools.
° Sending daily reports of the attendance, highlights/lowlights each waves/class that we are handling.
