About Me
I'm 30 years old and the eldest among my siblings, I graduated from AMA Computer College with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I like to play computer games maybe that's why I choose IT but I'm not really good at coding things or any website design thing. I'm more of a hardware guy. All I want Is opportunity whatever it may be. I have experience in BPO or Call centers for almost 4 years as a Customer Representative and Technical Representative so I'm really proud that it was part of my experience because of the pressure it has and the challenges in order to attain my job. All the KPIs and quotas that you need to pass just to be part of the campaign. Also became a sales associate of a telecommunications SPRINT so every call we have is like a war of words just to emphasize and professional all the toxic and harsh words said by the customers of our campaign. You need to tough swallowing saying that you're not a native American accent but still, we try hard to provide the best service we can even though sometimes the salary they pay us is so low to just to treated by those words. That's why I switched to Virtual Assistant or remote work because of the pandemic. I try being an executive assistant for a US client doping administrative work, travel coordination, documentation preparation, meeting coordination, and most of all communicating with the client and other people. Lastly, my other work as a VA is becoming a cold caller and appointment setter to multiple campaigns like SOLAR, Real Estate, and Roofing, This boosts my communication since we randomly call prospects to our services to be part of their daily life. Trying to build a connection that the services we had will make their life easy in the future. We gather information and build rapport even though they reject it most of the time we make it as challenge to bring them sooner address their objections or concerns from and make clarifications to keep the conversation intact.

Job Description
As a cold caller in real estate, my job is to make phone calls to people who might want to buy or sell a house. I call these people even if I don’t know them yet, which is why it's called "cold calling." I talk to them about houses and try to find out if they are interested in selling their home or looking for a new one. I have to be friendly and helpful, listen to what people say, and answer any questions about buying or selling a house. Sometimes, if someone is interested, I help set up a meeting with a real estate agent, who can assist them further. I also keep notes about my calls to remember what people said and follow up later. Overall, my job is to talk to many people and help them with anything they need about real estate!
