I recently completed training in Medical Virtual Assistance through ProVA, where I learned the basics of managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring confidentiality. While I don't have prior experience as a Medical VA, I have a background in customer service, which has strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
I’m very detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about supporting healthcare professionals with their administrative tasks so they can focus on patient care.
