My name is Ilonah Jane C. Mahilum, a Licensed Professional Teacher with a strong foundation in education, customer service, and administrative work. I have a Bachelor of Elementary Education, majoring in General Education, and I’m currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Education, majoring in Educational Management. Over the years, I’ve gained diverse experiences, from being a private tutor and online instructor to working in customer service and healthcare support roles. I’ve held leadership positions as a Head Instructor and HR Manager, where I oversaw recruitment, training, and talent acquisition. My skills include proficiency in tools like EMR/EHR systems, Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office, along with expertise in calendar management, social media management, and problem-solving. I’m also certified in TEFL, TESOL, HIPAA, caregiving, healthcare services, and bookkeeping, reflecting my commitment to continuous growth. With strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a passion for helping others, I am eager to bring value to any role that allows me to make a meaningful impact.
