I have been working for the BPO company for 4 years as a billing specialist. We handle things like payment requests, and refund requests. I am also a sales representative, consistently targeting the KPI and getting incentives for monthly sales. And lastly, a tec support member who helped with the Customer problem like internet connection and cable services, before I shifted to WFH, called callers and Lead Generation specialists.
