I have been a contact center representative for 2 years wherein I worked with different projects and assisted clients over the phone with various concerns. I got promoted then as part of the Workforce Management department where I was able to lead different sites and perform administrative tasks like checking on staff productivity and headcount, monitoring attendance trends, and create templates so I can send a detailed report of that to my manager. My most recent job was a Virtual Receptionist for a veterinary clinic in Tennesee. I was their go-to person in answering phone and email inquiries, scheduling their client's for surgery or for a routine visit. I was also the one in charge of updating their monthly inventory, I would collate all the information of the medicine that needs to be restocked in one file and send it over to them for their reference.
