About Me
I graduated with a bachelor of science in Agribusiness in 2018 and obtained my license in 2019. I did not have any experience in line with my career and my first work experience was at teleperformance where I served as a Customer Service Representative for 2 and a half years under T-mobile, a telecommunication service company. I then advance the role of mentor for 3 months followed by a position as a supervisor for 1 and a half years. And finally became a trainer for nearly 2 years until November. I applied for the customer service rep position because I know that I am well equipped with the knowledge gained from my experiences. I have trained new hires to prepare them for their roles as customer service representative. A during my time as an agent I was recognized as a top performer, and as a trainer I was also acknowledge as a top trainer. In my free time I enjoy outdoor activities such as playing frisbee and jogging
