I previously work as a SPED teacher right after graduating and due to pandemic , I switched to BPO industry. I had 1 year experience as a technical suppor representative at AT&T Mobility where troubleshooting is my expertise. Then just recently I have resigned from Optum where I had 2 years and 5 months experience as a Customer Service Advocate for healthcare acount. My duties includes: refiling prescription and prescription request to prescribers, check insurance coverage and make sure prescriptions are being covered and making sure members will be assisted and given the best customer service experience. I've been to US Fertility as well as an insurance benefit verification advocate. We are in charge of the billing making sure they will be billed properly and services will be covered and verified prior to their appointment.
