I hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and am a registered nurse with licenses from the Philippines, New Zealand, and Australia. Additionally, I hold a Master's degree in Healthcare from the University of Wales in the United Kingdom. Over the years, I have accumulated diverse experience in both healthcare and administrative roles. For nearly three years, I worked as a Virtual Assistant, managing a wide range of tasks such as inbound and outbound calls, email management, live chat, scheduling, and research.
