I have nine years of customer-facing role experience, part of which was my previous position at Uber as a Customer Insights Analyst. I do research by gathering data from the clients I'm calling, analyzing those data, and generating insights and recommendations. My day-to-day work includes data entry, pivots, setting up a meeting for team collaboration, and document or slide preparation where I also do simple video editing and presenting research to the stakeholders. I am an adaptable person. I thrive in any environment and I always give my best in everything that I do.
