About Me
I am a BA Business Economics graduate at the University of the Philippines. I have fifteen years of working experience in the BPO Industry, and within that fifteen years, I functioned as a Trainer for eight years supporting several lines of businesses such as Healthcare, Retail, Private Labeled Credit Cards, Telco, Non-Voice Content Moderation, and Legal VA Services. I also worked as a Customer Service Representative for more than seven years, handling Private Student Loans, Outbound Lead Validation, Merchant Services, Healthcare, Credit Cards, and Autofinance accounts. I am proficient with most, if not all, of the tools required. In terms of my job experiences, I would say that being a Trainer helped me to work under pressure and to learn how to set priorities. Also, being a part of the Customer Service Department taught me to ensure product expertise and to resolve a customer's concerns effectively and efficiently. That being said, I believe that the knowledge I acquired from school as well as the experiences I gained from work have given me such confidence on how communicate and relate well with other people. I also believe that my willingness to learn new ideas and skills makes me ready to handle more responsibilities and open to constructive criticisms from my superiors. During my free time, I love to cook, dance, read books, surf, and do yoga.
