Job Description
Responsible for start up or setting up machines according to specifications of the PCB.
Conduct visual inspections of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) components, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications. .
If defect found, repair the specific defects in Rework Station by using the following tools: soldering iron, hot air, flux, soldering wire, ESD- Safe tweezers, Isopropyl alcohol and clean cloth to wipe off the excess flux and also, magnifying lamp for double checking.
Informing the root cause analysis investigations for non-conformance's, implementing corrective and preventive actions to address underlying issues to the Supervisors and Production Manager by sending reports.
Provide mentorship and advanced training to junior inspectors and production staff on advanced inspection techniques and quality control methodologies.
Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
