About Me
I have held different jobs from customer service, inbound/outbound sales, and technical support through voice, chat and email channels since 2005. Due to my work ethics, broad product knowledge, interpersonal, and leadership skills, I also moved up to handling escalations and mentored Tier 1 agents which honed me further to become an Operations Supervisor.
In late 2016, I transitioned to working on different home based projects. I have data research and data entry experience and I am knowledgeable in other general administrative or virtual assistant duties. I have experience and knowledge in appointment setting, property management, real estate investment, Amazon store/seller account management, digital marketing, asset collection, onboarding, order processing and fulfillment.
I believe that the technical skills I gained over the years are great of great contributions such as knowledge in using different CRMs, tools and apps such as Hubspot, Podio, Salesforce, FollowUp Boss, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Pipedrive, Propertyware, Appfolio, Intercom, Zendesk, ReAmaze, and Slack among many others. My being detail-oriented and organized are also fundamental skills I possess which I believe is important in managing tasks or projects and in making sure everything is prioritized systematically.
