I have over three years experience as a Virtual Assistant for Healthcare campaign, 1 year experience as a Paralegal Assistant for Personal Injury. eight years experience as a Customer Care Professional and one year as a Technical Support Representative in OPTUM UnitedHealth Group and we used to assist medical billers in their issues with claims, authorization, benefits and eligibility, and online access about their website.
