I'm Kenneth Ducanes, 36 years of age. A father of 2 wonderful kids and married to my childhood sweetheart. In 2011, I started working as a customer service representative in one of the call centers here in the Philippines. I also worked as a technical support in IBM. eventually, I became a subject matter expert. Fast forward to 2017, that's where I ventured working from home. I became an agent doing outbound calling for a business 2 business campaign and got promoted as a team lead after 6months. I also worked for a real estate company in the US as a virtual assistant for 2 years. And my most recent job was being a data curator for a company which focuses on life sciences, I mostly do research and maintaining documents. With my experiences and skillsets, I hope that I can be able to share it with your company.
