Job Description
Accepts inbound calls to address customer's general inquiries with up to date and accurate information. Performs procedures and troubleshooting to resolve customer's concerns. Educate customers with basic troubleshooting and offer other assistance when needed. Proactively recommend other products better suited for customer's needs. Perform other activities meant to increase customer's satisfaction.
My main task is to keep his google calendar updated, make sure that all patients will not miss out their doctor's appointment, call in patient's health insurance to set up transportation for their appointment, create and renew standing orders for transportation on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
