I've worked in a variety of customer service positions throughout my career, ranging from hospitality to technical assistance. I've honed my communication and problem-solving abilities, and I'm excited to apply these skills to a new career in a different field. Throughout my customer service profession, I've learnt how to connect effectively with customers from many backgrounds. This has allowed me to develop excellent relationships with both clients and coworkers, and I'm delighted to continue this approach in my new post.
