I'm Jean Claudine Suelto, 29 years old, and a proud resident of Tagum City, Davao del Norte. I’m a natural problem-solver who enjoys finding creative solutions to challenges, and I thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Throughout my career, I've held several customer service jobs, including working as a Clerk at a School Supply Store for 2 years and as a Non-Voice Customer Service Representative for almost 3 months. Also, I have an extensive experience as Graphic Designer for more than 7 years. I have also worked under the Digital Marketing Team as Graphic Artist and Social Media Manager at a BPO Company. After transitioning into a sales role, I have had the opportunity to work as a Cold Caller and Appointment Setter, where I successfully managed and executed a variety of campaigns. In these positions, I was responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, building rapport, and setting up appointments to drive further sales opportunities. My experience spans across different industries and campaign types, allowing me to refine my communication skills and develop a deep understanding of customer needs, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the sales process These experiences have taught me the importance of listening to customers, maintaining a positive attitude and working with other team members to provide the best possible service.
