Hi! You can call me Cath for short. I am 27 years old and currently residing at Bulacan, Philippines. I have work with the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative for 2 years and my duty in that role is to provide excellent customer service and provides solution to whatever the customer's problems are. I am also working as a freelancer for almost a year now with a DME company wherein we have the ability to provide outstanding administrative support in a medical setting. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in various software applications, allowing me to manage appointments, schedules, and patient records with ease. I look forward to learn more and have my knowledge be expanded not in just the line of business I am working with right now and I also want to expand and have multiple skills that I can apply whenever or whichever work that I will have in the future.
